A new residential area located within Central Milton Keynes comprising of over 1000 new homes situated within a community of four new blocks of 3-storey homes. We designed, manufactured and installed a variety of metalwork to each of the four blocks, comprising of a private outdoor living space in the form of steel balconies, installed with a feature sliding glass rain/sun screen. Solar powered panels were installed to our steel support frames located on all roofs.  Within all internal communal areas, stair balustrades were installed. Externally, our works entailed steel walkways, cantilever balconies and terrace balustrades within the communal courtyards.
