Supporting our local secondary school

We love to help and support local initiatives and when the daughter of our Managing Director attends Great Dunmow's secondary school and needs our help - we give it!

It all started with a planned school trip to South Africa for Year 10 and Year 11 students. Actively raising funds and wanting some inspiration to their fund raising initiatives, we set up a 'litter picking' scheme whereby we would supply the equipment and a team of students would spend time picking up litter around the school grounds in exchange for money from us. Countless amounts of 'full-up' litter bags later and the students were equipped with extra cash to get them on their way across the world.

The students spent a fantastic couple of weeks exploring South Africa, visiting the sites and playing their favourite sports at the High Performance Centre in Pretoria.
