Dean Maidstone appointed as Managing Director of Alloy Fabweld

We are pleased to announce Dean Maidstone has been appointed as the new Managing Director of Alloy Fabweld. Having played a pivotal role in the company's success for nearly 20 years, Dean brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of our business operations. In his new role, he will lead the strategic direction and oversee operations, ensuring continued ambition, innovation, and growth for the company.

In addition, we would like to take this opportunity to extend our gratitude to Bill Williams, who will be stepping down as CEO on March 31, 2025. Bill’s leadership has been instrumental in shaping Alloy Fabweld into the industry leader it is today. While he will be stepping away from his role as CEO, we are delighted to confirm that he will continue to support the business as a Specialist Advisor within the AF Group, where his expertise and strategic insight will remain invaluable to our future growth.
Furthermore, Shaun Pledger will continue in his role as Group Managing Director, ensuring stability and strong leadership across the wider AF Group.
