Engie visit Alloy Fabweld

Recently we welcomed two group's of Trainee's from our client Engie. Trainee Site Manager's, Quantity Surveyor's and Design Co-ordinators spent a day learning about our workshop processes and finishes for architectural metalwork. The course included how we smart price/secure/design/produce our projects; understanding our design processes, fabrication techniques, material sizing and weights.

Additionally, there were talks on logistical movement of heavy steel products; offsite modular manufacture and understanding the process of MIG Welding.

The groups met our staff, toured our HQ, purpose built finishing paint areas and new assembly workshops in Great Dunmow and Gosfield. The day was finished off with a marketing presentation on the understanding of Alloy Fabweld Group’s community ethos of 'WHY!' - ‘Changing the World, One Smile at a Time’ 😊
