The innovative Triple S Balcony system is engineered to provide a “Safe-Simple-Sustainable” solution for modern balcony installations. Built to comply with the rigorous BS 8579 standard, this system integrates cutting-edge materials and structural design, making it an ideal choice for safe and long-lasting balcony construction.

Meeting CE Execution Class 3 standards, the Triple S Balcony system benefits from Alloy Fabweld's robust manufacturing processes and extensive industry experience, ensuring high-quality, load-bearing structural components certified under BS EN 1090-2:2018 and BS EN 1090-1:2009+A1:2011.

Non-Combustible Materials

Built with our own aluminium components, rated to fire safety standard A2-s1, d0, ensuring they resist ignition and spread of fire.

Independently Certified

The balcony system’s materials have undergone rigorous fire testing, including compliance with BS EN 13823, BS EN 13501, and BS EN ISO 1716 standards for optimal fire performance.

Enhanced Fire Protection

Triple S soffit cladding is designed to provide additional fire resistance, covering structural elements and minimising fire risks.

Long-Lasting Fire Safety Assurance

The system includes a 30-year warranty and a 60-year life expectancy, ensuring enduring fire protection over the balcony's lifespan.

Faster, Safer & Secure Installation

A simple idea with a big impact

Our intuitive AFW Key Lock System and Guidance Cone allows balcony installation to be completed from the safety of the building, reducing unnecessary risk for the installation team.

Using the guidance cone, the balcony slides into place through the AFW key lock and locks it into position. This lines up the bolt holes and holds the weight of the balcony ready to be manually secured using M20 CE grade bolts.

Optimised crane usage & dramatic cost savings

Balconies are easily lifted using pre-slung hooks and fixings, making them ready for immediate installation. Expert personnel inside the building skillfully maneuver the balcony into place, ensuring a smooth and secure glide. At the same time, attentive site workers clear sightlines while the crane swiftly prepares the next balcony for efficient installation. This innovative method allows balconies to installed from the ground up, significantly increasing installation speed!
